Air Force Headquarters

The meeting point is the main façade of the Air Force Headquarters building, located in Moncloa Square! I will be waiting for you in front of the jet aircraft on display in front of the main gate!
Route Bus

The route bus trip to Segovia takes about one hour. Segovia's bus terminal is really convenient, as it is located just a 5-minute walk from the Roman Aqueduct! All route buses are equipped with air-conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi, guaranteeing you travel in comfort and enjoy the scenic views of Castile!
San Millan Church

San Millan Church is a perfect example of Castilian romanesque architecture! Its main attractions are the reliefs engraved on its capitals —which depict vivid figures of medieval demons and animals— and the entensive portico, which serves as protection against the cold winds blowing down from the mountains!
Roman Aqueduct

Built by the Romans over 2000 years ago, this monument is both the best-preserved Roman aqueduct in the world and the oldest symbol of the city! Incredible as it may sound, it was built using humongous granite ashlars and no mortar at all! No wonder it is hailed as one of the most advanced engineering milestones in the whole Roman world!
Plaza de Medina del Campo

Also known by the name of 'Mermaid Square', this public space is dominated by the largest Romanesque temple in Segovia, the imposing San Martin Church. The statue at the centre of the square commemorates Juan Bravo, a famous Castilian hero who was beheaded after revolting against the absolutist Charles V, Holy Roman Emperor and king of Spain.
Segovia Cathedral

Built in the late Gothic style between the 16th and 18th centuries, Segovia Cathedral is, by far, the city's most opulent building! Considered to be the last amongst Europe's Gothic cathedrals, the grace and majesty of its silhouette have earn it the moniker of 'The Lady of the Cathedrals'. An amalgamation of elegance and finesse, even for European standards!
Alcázar (Royal Castle)

Welcome to Segovia Alcázar, the fortress which served Walt Disney as inspiration to model Snow White Castle! Inside the vast stronghold —where the Catholic Queen Isabelle spent her youth—, we will visit many captivating chambers, including the Throne Room, the Royal Bedroom, the Royal Chapel and its impressive altarpiece, and several balconies that overlook the abrupt precipice that protects this fortification!
Thone Room

Built during the 12th century, the Alcázar has borne witness to and played a leading role in crucial historic events throughout its long history. Amongst the many places that symbolise the magnificent sovereignty of the kings is the Throne Room, home to the Castilian court. Embroidered with the motto of the Catholic Monarchs, this space has been used for hosting many festivals, banquets and even royal weddings!
Panoramic View

You can't say you've enjoyed Segovia to the fullest if you leave the city town without taking in the spectacular view of the Alcázar from the Fuencisla Sanctuary! You will not believe the beauty of this ship-shaped fortress, towering above the green valley against the backdrop of the Castilian azure sky! This might become one of the best memories of your trip!

After the visit to the wonders of Segovia, you will enjoy one hour of free time to relish the lovely atmosphere of the Old Town, where you can buy souvenirs, have a snack or a coffee in on of the many cafeterias!
